A 50-minute recital followed by a 4-course gourmet meal.

At this year's prestigious Coup de cœur event, you’ll have the opportunity to attend an exclusive concert by baritone Etienne Dupuis, our 2017 Coup de cœur artist. The recital will feature an overview of the great works that have marked the singer's burgeoning career, with accompaniment provided by a few of his musician friends. The event will highlight Dupuis' impressive journey from his first performances touring with Jeunesses Musicales Canada (JMC) to the major roles he lands today, including the role of Pink in Another Brick in the Wall  in March with the Opéra de Montréal.

We’ll also be presenting a mentorship prize to a young emerging artist, which includes a year of coaching with our Coup de cœur artist.

Our Coup de cœur event raises funds for Jeunesses Musicales Canada, helping us to fulfill our dual mission of promoting classical music, especially among young people between the ages of 3 and 12, and of supporting the career development of young professional singers, musicians, and composers at both the national and international level.
